Yoges has been in the childcare industry since 2013. She loves working with children, and she believes the early years in a child’s life is a crucial time for their development. This is the time that they will develop their communication skills, their cognitive skills, and the ability to explore and use their imagination. She is a very strong believer in play based activities, as it gives the children the chance to extend on their ability to process ideas and bring them to life.

She encourages children to express their opinions and thoughts and always support them to embrace their differences.

Ms Kalai is a professional with a diverse background that uniquely combines a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and certification in Kursus Asuhan dan Didikan Kanak-Kanak PERMATA (KAP), with extensive experience as an IT analyst and in customer service.

Throughout her education journey, she have honed my skills in child development theories, curriculum planning, and classroom management techniques, gaining hands-on experience in fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development in young children. Simultaneously, she have accumulated over 18 years of experience in communication, strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise within IT analysis. She is passionate about leveraging this diverse skill set to drive meaningful change and innovation at the intersection of education and technology. She is eager to explore opportunities where she can contribute to enhancing educational practices through the strategic integration of educational methodologies and technological advancements.
